By accessing or using Assistant Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

You may use Assistant Hub for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Tier Plans and Payments

Assistant Hub offers Free, Pro, and Premium tiers. Paid tiers require USDC payment on the Base blockchain via BANKR.

All payments are processed on-chain and are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. Tier access is granted upon confirmation of payment.

4. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by AI models (Gemini, Grok, etc.) are provided by third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Assistant Hub platform, code, and design are the property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of content you input into the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assistant Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
